Once you have decided to join us, we provide you with an affiliate site of your own with all of the tools necessary for you to manage your enterprise.

1. Standard Links - for you to use to gain various entry points into MyAudioMall.Com with your affilitate ID embedded.  These links take you to the home page and all of the specific category pages.
2. Create Title Links - You may be focusing in a particular market niche and would like to focus on a few specific titles.  This tool will allow you to search with specific criteria to choose those titles and create individula links with your afficliate ID embedded pointing into MyAudioMall.Com.
3. SellDirect - OK, Now this tool is powerful and should maybe have been listed first.  We recognize some of you may have your own website and may not want your customer to leave your site to place there order.  We understand that.  SellDirect is a remarkable tool that allows you to generate links and buttons which, rather than sending the customers to the MyAudioMall.Com site, actually allows the transaction to happen on your site.  SellDirect uses an affiliate-branded purchase process so that the customer experience remains with the affiliate's site rather than with a separate branded entity. This is incredibly powerful as it greatly reduces shopping cart abandonment (being a single-site process). And oh yes, we still provide customer support, processing of payments and product fulfillment. 
4. Special Offers - The MyAudioMall.Com site offers different titles every month at a reduced rate.  You also have access to those titles for sales promotions.  
5. Coupons  - From time to time MyAudioMall.Com will offer special discounts to which our Affiliates will have access.  Those will be displayed here and can be used in your promotions.
6. Sales Reports - We  also supply you with a reporting tool to help you keep track of your sales.

We give you access to a Technical support site which includes:

1. Search the Knowledgebase - The Knowledgebase is populated with answers to past questions, and so quite feasibly will contain the solution you are looking for (if it has occurred before, for another affiliate). You can perform a search at the support site for a key word or phrase which will hopefully return some relevant solutions.
2. Check the FAQ - as well as past answers, a FAQ is maintained within this Support Site, into which are added the most common queries that are received. You will find the most of the answers you are looking for here.
3. Open a Support Ticket - Once you have exhausted the options above, you can open a Support Ticket on the Support Site. This is a very straightforward process and the technical support staff will get back to you as soon as possible with a response that will answer your question.

Besides support for yourself, we know that the customer is really the most important key to this partnership.  They deserve support for any of their questions also.  They have a help page which contains....

Commission/Payments

Our Commission rate is 12% of the sales price.   Payments are currently available to be paid in either US Dollars or UK Sterlling to your Paypal account.
